If your payment for the event is declined or not successfully charged to your credit or debit card, please reach out to the President to verify the validity of your barcode pass.
Make sure that the payment for your ticket has been successfully processed on your credit or debit card. If the payment fails or is reversed, GCSM reserves the right to invalidate the pass that was sent to you via email at any time, without prior notice. In such a case, you will be required to purchase a new pass to enter the event.
Please note that a government ID is required for age verification of children, adults, and seniors. Entry will be restricted if ID proof is not provided. All rights reserved with GCSM.
